<P>第一步：复制图层</P>
<P>第二步：先把人物脸上突出的污点去掉。。。</P>
<P>第三步：曲线，将人物脸部调亮些</P>
<P>第四步：复制绿通道，对绿通道便宜高差值保留10。0</P>
<P>第五步：对绿通道执行三次"计算"命令，模式“强光”。。。</P>
<P>第六步：按住Ctrl点击绿通道获得选区。。</P>
<P>第七步：回到图层。。。将选区反选。。按Ctrl+J得到一个新图层</P>
<P>第八步：对新图层使用曲线。。。OK</P>
<P>其它细节自己慢慢调~~~~</P>
<P>我个人感觉比用高丝模糊的方法要好</P>

请教一下 先调还是先磨？<br>
